Bishop Cavitt Fowler is a dynamic educator, ordained minister, coach, and entrepreneur whose life’s mission is to inspire others through the power of faith, education, and purposeful living. With more than 30 years of experience as a Bible teacher and nationwide speaker, Bishop Fowler has become a guiding voice for those seeking spiritual growth, motivation, and hope.

Born in Houston and raised in San Diego, California. Bishop Fowler’s journey reflects a lifelong commitment to learning and service. A proud graduate of Lincoln High School, he went on to earn multiple academic degrees, including an Associate of Arts in Liberal Studies from San Diego City College, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Crenshaw Christian College, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, and a Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) from Alliant International University.

Bishop Fowler’s career in education spans over 25 years within the San Diego Unified School District, where he has served as both a high school teacher and head football coach. His leadership in the classroom and on the field has empowered countless young people to pursue excellence, integrity, and faith in their everyday lives.

Ordained in the early 2000s, Bishop Fowler has devoted his ministry to teaching the Word of God with clarity, compassion, and relevance. He founded Watered Garden Church USA and Water Garden Church International, a ministry that bridges traditional Christian values with modern outreach, using creative media and digital platforms to share messages of encouragement and truth.
